Hi ive got an lg ms500 device and i was wondering what kind of game controllers i can use on it…360 usb, etc? And how I would get it to work.
lots of controllers work automatically, but pretty much any controller that shows up as a HID device should work with a little extra effort. You just go to the menu, go to settings > input settings and then bind your physical buttons to the virtual retropad buttons. Once it’s all setup, you can save the configuration file and submit it to the autoconfig repo for others to use.
I use a Razer Serval (Xbox 360 ) HID controller. It is improved pad and designed with android in mind. Doesn’t come cheap, i was lucky with a good deal from eBay.
