Core-Override for Gamegear but not for Master System and Genesis?

Is there a way to save a core-override just for one system instead a overrides for all systems thats emulated with this core? I Want to set some nice Shaders for all my handhelds and on gamegear and now i had this problem…

if you’re in windows-x64, someone split the genesisplusgx into sms, gg and sega cd. here they are

using lakka, is there the same?

any news on that ? still want to setup GG,SMS and Gensis with different Shaders/Overlays. Is that possible anyway ?
