  1. Is it possible to start a game through MAME with speedhacks enabled automatically?

  2. I have an arcade cabinet with a Shield TV and Retroarch running with Hyperspin frontend. Left side should always be Player 1, right should always be Player 2. But when Player 2 hits a button or moves joystick first, they become player 1 and then the controls don’t work. Is there a way to make a controller always be assigned to a specific port? Maybe through VID/PID?
