Crashes trying to load ROMs?

I’ve tried loading a couple N64 roms however they are not working and as soon as start them retroarch does not respond

Do other cores work?

Also, we’ll need a log to even guess what’s going on. Launch from a command line with --verbose --menu and it will print the errors to the console window.

I’m not seeing any errors in there. Try moving your retroarch.cfg and retroarch-core-options.cfg files somewhere else to see if it’s a configuration problem that’s breaking it.

Still did not work :frowning: it opens another window as if to load the rom but it stays white, no sound either

ok, this won’t help for n64, but try changing your ‘video_driver’ line in the retroarch.cfg from “gl” to “d3d” and see if that treats you any better.
