Custom save states/game saves paths not saving

Hello all. I’m having an issue with RA not saving my custom save state and game save paths. I need them separate as pcsx rearmed will overwrite one with the other if they are both saved as default in the rom folder. I set the custom paths, but when I open settings again or load a rom the paths have returned to default. Is there a “save settings” button I’m missing?’’

I’m using the 7/4 nightly build on a galaxy s4 android 5.0

Use a more recent nightly and change stuff from inside RetroArch, not from the launcher GUI

Thank you! That seems to have worked. And I’m using the 7/7 nightly now. Also, apparently the directory needs to not be on the sd card. To clarify, I moved it to the sd card after I experienced issues in an attempt to remedy the situation.

it can be wherever you want, it just depends on your rom for permissions to write in the sdcard
