Disable FM sound in Genesis Plus GX?

I apologize if this is the incorrect place to ask this, but is it possible to disable the FM sound for Sega Master System games in the Genesis Plus GX core? It seems to use the FM sound by default and I mostly prefer the standard sound. Thanks.

I’d like to know it too, i searched for option but didnt find, some games have weirds sounds like Wonderboy
