Does the MAME core in RA support spinners (Tempest) and trackballs?

I wanted to use MAME 2003Plus with IPAC controller for an arcade setup. I have a trackball and spinner is that supported? How to set up?

I use the MAME Current core, but my trackball and spinner work fine. You set them up in the “mouse index” in the main RA input settings for that core.
