I have the latest version of retroarch. When I load any arcade core I can browse for my games and load them. But when I load any console core and I browse to the dir the roms are in it doesn’t show any roms. Any ideas why ?
Are they compressed? If they’re anything but zip/7z, they won’t show.
There’s also an option somewhere (I’m not finding it right now, but it’s in there somewhere…) to hide/show unsupported extensions. If you have a core loaded and go looking for ROMs of another core, it won’t show them while that option is enabled. If you ‘close content’ first from the quick menu, it will unload the content+core and get you back to seeing all files.
So I need to have the archived ? Because mine are unpacked.
No, I meant if they’re, for example, in RAR archives. Uncompressed is best.
I have them unpacked (.nes/.gen and so on) but they don’ show up.
