Is it possible to run Doom CD32X Fusion on Retroarch (windows PC)? If so which core should I use?

Yes, with Picodrive.

Thanks, I thought it wasn’t working but I was loading from the wrong file. Load from the .cue (or the .chd if you converted the .cue/.iso file).
