I’m having trouble playing roms I get on retroarch (N64 and NES so far). Running an iPhone 5S using nonjailbroken version.
Help???
RetroArch requires a jailbroken iPhone/iPad to work.
Non-jailbroken ones are not supported.
N64 isn’t likely to do much on a non-jailbroken device because it requires a dynarec (see the README for details).
NES should be fine using FCEUMM or Nestopia.
NonJailbroken Iphone 5s runs retroarch much better than jailbroken iPad 3. I tested it myself. If you see this message "failed to load content " go ahead and change the date to 2012 then load content with no problem. Do this once with every core shows the same message or if retroarch app crashes. Exactly like what you did when you installed retroarch. Make sure you need to have 4 bios files to play psx games. Let me know if you need links for the bios. I will pm them to you.
