Hi on my cabinet I would like to mount x64 windows retroarch, but I do not recognize one of the arcade pads DragonRise Inc. Generic USB Joystick. What can I do?

when you plug it in, does it say “dragonrise blah blah not configured”?
You write me not configured, but also changing the various types of drivers, it is not detected.And an arcade pad, mounted on windows 7, works regularly on other emulators
