Hello, does this work on El capitan?

I downloaded both this and the NVIDIA file but i get no response what so ever, is this because i use El capitan or is there something else?

I am running El Capitan on my 2013 Macbook Pro and it runs just fine.

I am running El Capitán (yes, it should have an accent…) on my Mac Mini (2012) and RetroArch works fine
