Emscripten getting started

I want to see if I can create an Electron app that runs RetroArch using Emscripten. Now in the RetroArch repository there is an Emscripten folder, but the files in there are not quite explanatory nor do they even work. Is there some kind of documentation or a point where I can start to read up on this topic because I can’t find none.

I’ve never built it myself, but our buildbot uses the scripts in libretro-super to do all of the building, so that should work for you, too, I would think.
