Failed to start any DOS games /dev/snd/seq missing!

I downloaded and installed latest version of Lakka on my Raspberrypi 1 . I can play NES games properly.

When starting any DOS games, including the Wolf 3D Demo, it fails to start! The log shows this message -

[CDROM] No sg devices found and sg kernel module is not loaded.
ALSA lib /home/natinusala/release/Lakka-LibreELEC/build.Lakka-RPi.arm/alsa-lib-1.1.9/src/seq/seq_hw.c:466:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: No such file or directory

Indeed there is no file call /dev/snd/seq

What to do? How to fix this issue? Pls suggest.

Thanks

What happens if you set Settings/Drivers/MIDI to “null” and restart?

@ayandon - did the solution @RealNC suggested work for you?
