In Final Burn Alpha, the Neo Geo MVS bios defaults to " MVS Asia/S3/Ver.6"… Can I somehow change/edit it somewhere so I can select another region i.e. Japan, or better yet, use the uni-bios?
In Final Burn Alpha for the PC, Ctrl+F5 is how you change the bios region… I’m going to hook up a keypad to the Nexus 7 and see if Ctrl+ F5 does anything…

I was planning to use my Ps3 Bluetooth keyboard. After I finally got it working, I realized there is no Ctrl key or an F5… Doh!

Well, back to neo emu for now then … No way I am playing with Asia region … Too bad since FBA is much better than the linux crap they use on neo emu … At least they know how to use the universe bios and how to give you the possibility to map your inputs properly… Can’t have everything I guess … And yes, I know, if I am not happy, I “just” have to fix it, I know. Great.
I am sure the issue will be resolved in a later release of your free emulator and your sense of entitlement will be satiated.

If they could get the inputs right one day, that would make it some decent alternative.
Impossible to map the RGUI to a button, the custom bind thing never worked properly, and don’t get me started with the PS3 controller debacle …
To make it short , autodetect defaults are terrible, and custom binds don’t work …
But this should be hell to maintain all those platforms and all those cores to start with, so … I already have daily nightmares being a dev on only three platforms
