I tested on Linux (flatpak release) 64 bits version, Windows 64 bits version (7zip release) and in two android devices with android 32 bits version, running jelly beam and nougat versions with the same results: the core doesn’t create the files with the settings of dip switch changes.
True, happened the same at my end too. Have mailed the support waiting for a reply.
