So for Android, FBNeo is able to use the 0.126 cheat.dat, however, certain Cheats do NOT work, and I am curious if it is possible to Edit the .dat File in Notepad++, or in HexEdit, in order to add the Game’s Proper Cheats. FBNeo is in RetroArch. I can do a Cheat Search and find P1 and CPU Health, but anything more is a problem.
