Fdroid's LibRetro Official App Repository not updated

Hi.

Since all the changes in the build system in the last months, the LibRetro Official App Repository http://fdroid.libretro.com/website/ to download the Android builds via F-Droid is not updating anymore. It’s still in 1.9.0_GIT from 18 nov 2020.

it will be updated at any moment or it is abandoned?

Thanks!

We intend to update it at some point, but there’s no ETA on that. The issues holding it up are administrative: how to integrate our new CI system with it, how/where to host the binaries on our server infrastructure, a few other things.

Thanks for the info! I was guessing it was related to that for the dates.

I ask because there isn’t any info in the downloads or the Retroarch f-droid repository website or here, and now at least there is an official info.

I hope is sooner than later, but whenever it can be.

Any update on this, 5 minor version numbers later ?

I don’t know what’s been going on with it lately, but you can track the issue here: https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/11922
