Pretty sure last time I tried FF7 on Vulkan it worked flawlessly. Now I just get this.

That’s known behavior unfortunately. Increasing the internal resolution causes those weird outlines at the seams of models against pre-rendered backgrounds.
I bet you’re using the texture filtering option. Anything but ‘nearest’ will get you that kind of bug, sometimes.
