Any one able to get past or find a fix for this issue? Im running 7.1.1 ios ive gotten every other psx rom to work except this one and i have 6 different copies of it all crash at the same spot. It just black screens after square pops up and fades.

Upgrade to 8.4. jailbreak with taig. Get the newsy nightly and it will work
I actually did just this but now since i had to reformat to factory settings in order to update it i lost every thign i had now i cant even get retroarch to work period lol. Grabbed the newest off cydia 1.0.0.1 for retroarch no idea how to install a nightly on my ios.
If you don’t care about using a Bluetooth controller, grab the older version of retroarch off of zodttds repo, the front end button will cause it to crash, but you can play anything without it.

The nightly is working stable enough to play now. I play ffix with no issues.

well, I have tried the ipa and it flash out…just can’t work~~
