Fire TV 2nd Gen - XBox 360 Controller

First time post…

I have successfully paired two XBox 360 controllers that work to navigate through the normal Fire TV interface. The Windows dongle plugged into the Fire TV works.

However, I am unable to get both controllers to function while using RetroArch and in Cores. Whichever one is turned on first works and the other one is non responsive. Sometimes the one controller, controls both player one and player two at the same time.

I have tried researching this but have failed to find a fix.

Any ideas?

Try messing with the device index in settings > input > player 2 binds
