Fire tv + Retroarch 1.2.2 controller/keyboard not working

Hello, I just installed the latest Retroarch on my fire tv. For some reason, neither the wired 360 controller I have nor a wired keyboard I connect work in the menu. The fire tv remote does not work either.

The weird thing is that in the Launch Retroarch/ Quit Retroarch menu you get when launching Retroarch, they all work.

Am I missing something?

As far as I know support for the remote isn’t available in the 1.2.2 stable version. Please try the latest nightly build

and tell if the controller or at least the Fire TV remote work.

With the 21-10 nightly the Fire tv remote works. Great.

Now is it possible to get the 360 remote to work?

You need to map it manually of it doesn’t auto configure
