I’m having issues with trying to save and load states on several different emulators when using Retroarch on my Fire TV 2015 – Snes9x, PocketSNES, VBA Next, and TGB Dual.
Just wondering how other Fire TV users have their installations and rom directories set up – all internal, split, or all installed on micro SD. I thought the issue might be due to having the roms separated from the installation, on the micro SD (rather than on the internal storage, where Retroarch is installed), but even when I set my save state directory to internal storage, the save states still don’t seem to work. I’ve also adjusted the settings to save on close for content, but this still hasn’t remedied the problem.
Would greatly appreciate any help with this, as there’s really no way for me to play any decently long game without being able to save states!
