I am using the ROM Dragon Quest III - And into the Legend... (Japan) [T-En by DQ Translations v1.1] [n]. This is an unofficial translation of Dragon Quest III (SNES version). The scanner doesn’t associate the ROM to that game. I tried editing the playlist file, and changed the CRC to match the database, but it didn’t seem to change anything.

If you’re just trying to get boxart or whatever, change the title in the playlist to match the entry you want it to pretend to be.
That’s all I want, yes. If I change the label to “Dragon Quest III - Soshite Densetsu e…” (based on this), it just changes the playlist title without showing the box art.
