Nvidia shield Fresh install, updated all databases. Didn’t download any cores.
Go to download my cores, says most recent version is installed.
Go to load said core, no cores in my list. Wtf is going on lol. I can’t even scan my rom folders
Pics attached. Is there anyway to completely remove everything Retroarch off my shield to start over or how can I fix this?
I’m having the same problem. I deleted the entire RetroArch folder, uninstalled, reinstalled… but the problem still persists. I’m hoping somebody somewhere knows how to fix this.
This is a known issue that only happens during the initial launch after a fresh app install on the Shield. Quitting RetroArch then reopening the app will fix the issue and allow you to see the cores.
We’ll try to get this fixed in time for the next Play Store update so that cores are visible during initial launch on the Shield.
This issue has been fixed and will be rolled out with tomorrow’s biweekly update.
