So I had an install of retroarch working fine on my main PC, now moved it across to another in an effort to be able to use it more.
The problem occurs that when loading retroach if it has focus (as in is the active window) its frozen the xmb lines stop alt-tab to another program and it starts moving again in the background. Going back to it freezes it again.
The first thing I tried was deleting the retroarch.cfg which works to allow me to run it in a small window but as soon as I start changing options, mainly the “Start in Fullscreen Mode” it closes retroarch.
If anyone has any suggestions would be really appreciated this is so very frustrating.
