Any rom manager can optimize a fullset to have error-free games per year, but if you are looking for a link with everything done, this is not the place.

I don’t have the knowledge to use a rom manager I would like to have a fullset ready or just the name of it with all games up to the year 2000 with roms without errors and bugs good dumps

Learn how to do it. Make your own setup. Reaserch. Trial and error. It will take a while but trust me, the pre made setups that exist online are all bad IMO. And nobody is going to make one for you for free. You will never be trully satisfied if you don’t make it yourself the way you like it.

I already tried and it was very complex I gave up some missing roms so I would like to download the fullset ready with recent dumps without bugs of roms from the beginning until the year 2000 at the most 2002
