I’m using the galaxy S7 (snapdragon) and save states are broken for me. When I try to save state it’ll say “saving state” but stay at 0%. In game saves work. Bsnes (regular and mercury) crashes whenever I load a game. The phone is on Android 7.0.
In settings > directory are your save and savestate directories set to the same thing?
For the bsnes problem, we’ll need to see a log.
Well save states work now. I was saving in game saves and save states to the sd card. Don’t know why it won’t save to the sd card as I did enable the storage permission. As far as bsnes, is there a way to get a log of the app without root? I can try adb assuming Samsung didn’t screw with it.
adb logcat should do it.
Hmm, i’m not seeing any errors in that. Everything looks okay in the log, AFAICT.
