Gambatte - Game Boy boot screen?

RA’s Gambatte core with GB shaders has been my way of emulating the classic system for some time and never failed to impress.

I always wondered and never really found out, is it possible to start up ROMs with the original boot screen/sound?

Here’s what I’m talking about:

The wiki says Gambatte doesn’t support using a BIOS, so no. Maybe when GB/GBC support is merged into the mGBA core that will support the BIOS.
