Genesis Plus core hasn't been working, which github should I report it to?

For over probably a month now every time I load the Genesis Plus core, Retroarch crashes (PicoDrive and others work just fine though). Do I put that up as an issue on the retroarch github or the genesis plus one? Not sure who monitors or does the cores!
