Genesis Plus GX screen problems

Suddenly there are these weird screen problems with my Genesis Plus GX Core games. It happens with the rest of my sega games as well. What’s weird is that I actually didn’t change any settings. 5 minutes before all worked fine. Can anyone help me here?

Edit: It happens to all my games… For all cores.

go to settings > video, scroll down to the bottom and see if there’s a video filter enabled. If so, remove it.
