Glitchy horizontal lines in mednafen pce

I haven’t found any information online regarding this issue, happens with every version of the core that I have tried (many), but not in Ootake. Only in multi-scroll games, like Lords of Thunder. Am I the only one getting them? Any clues/fixes? They seem to separate the different background layers, are a few pixels tall… and very annoying!

I just tried Winds of Thunder on current beetle_pce and beetle_sgx, no issue on win7 x64 nvidia gl.
Perhaps your shader or using vulkan?

Or,more probably because of the layers, you have an overclock active, no sprite limit causing issues?
