Have you ever tried the ffmpeg core?

Hi guy, I was wondering about how sweet the FMVs and GCs looks on retroacrh with a good crt filter, I was about to ask if it was possible to watch a SD video with those filters… So l saw that ffmpeg core and decided to try it, and it looks great! Theres a lot of SD content like animes, underground movies and videos that wont have a HD counterpart, on this case watch them with a good crt filter is the best way.

In case anyone have tested it, its possible to play the videos with subtitles?

I watched an episode of blakes 7 (70s TV) using CRT Royale. It did a really good job of hiding the VHS artifacts, seem to remember it was a little dark with this filter by default though, but that’s not anything you can’t tune.

Sorry not tried Subs though.
