Help config mame 0.174

I made a video with the normal (default) configuration of the emulator,(MAME 0.174) and the game runs slow. What configuration recommend for the game to run at 60 fps ?. I’m running on a SONY XPERIA Z2. It is possible to run the emulator 60 fraps with the qualities of my phone?

Newer MAMEs are very slow. You’ll have better luck with FBA or the older MAME snapshots.
