I just downloaded RetroArch for the first time ever and I am having trouble knowing how to use it. I tried looking at the tutorial on this website, and a few others but I can’t seem to get past the controller. I have a ps3 controller attached to my computer by USB. When I look it up online I only find help for connecting it via bluetooth to an iphone…
Try changing Settings > Driver > Joypad Driver to dinput and see what happens.
If that doesn’t work, change it back to xinput.
Then try
PlayStation controllers need to be detected as Xbox Controllers on PC and use xinput.
