Install is Okey but the screen games not see good.
not see fullscreen :s

Which version of RetroArch are you using, and from what source did you install it from? The 1.0.0.2.1 version from the official Cydia repo is working fine on my iPhone 6.
Go to rgui-Settings-video options- custom rartio and move it until it fits all your screen. Thats how i do with my ipad. Once done play save the game, return to rgui menu and press quit retroarch so your configuration saves.

but the joystick is bad, touch in picture “a”, but no action.
touch other side the picture “a” yes action.

Didi you apply the N64 Overlay? And if so, and didnt work, you should try connecting a controller using BtStack.
I want to play with the joystick screen I do not work direction buttons but if A, B , Start
