[Help] Needing to change Mednafen PSX resolution

The picture is somewhat zoomed in and I am not sure where to edit the config file to fix it. Can somebody tell me what to look for?

Here is a screen shot. Notice how it is cut off on the right and left side.

Look into the core options and disable ‘crop overscan’ and see if that gets you fixed up.

It fixed the sides but chopped it off on the bottom. It’s very minor but would like to fix if possible. Also, whenever I disabled crop overscan, it stopped stretching to my screen size. Any way around that?

Correct, the crop overscan option is necessary for dynamic cropping+stretching.

In your core options, you should be able to increase the ‘last scanline’ option to make it render out additional lines.

The highest it will go is 239 for normal and 287 for Pal. Initial scalines are set to zero, would that make a difference?

I tried editing the last scanlines and it didn’t do anything for me.

Changing the first scanline setting probably won’t help.

Have you confirmed that the game isn’t always cropped like that on PSX? The shot you linked is from MAME.

I think you are right about it just being clipped like that on PSX in general. The arcade version of that game had completely escaped my mind whenever I was looking for screenshots on that game.
