New to the forum, so hi.
I want to first thank the community for getting Retroarch to the level it’s currently at.
So onto the problem. I have an iMac 7,1, upgraded to 6GB of RAM. She runs PlayStation and N64 like a charm, along with SNES, PC Engine, etc. However, as comical as it may seem, NES seems to be giving me issues.
I’ve tried a few cores. For example the BS NES one simply quits Retroarch immediately after choosing the core. QuickNES doesn’t do this, but will quit when trying to load a rom. This happens every time.
The computer is obviously powerful enough, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve tried rom sets with and without headers (supposedly). Neither seem to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!
