They are very annoying to see when going thru Load Content long side as Rom File.
So I was Wondering how I can Hide the .sav Files?
settings > file browser > filter unknown extensions should do it, since no cores list *.sav as a valid extension.

Tried that but did not work.
Still can see the *sav files

You may have to load a core before it will filter.
When you said the only files come that are related to cores.
So I searched the .info files and found in the scummvm.info file it has the SAV extension in it and when I deleted it from the File it got rid of the .sav files showing up
