HIGAN/MEDNAFEN why not a single lib with all core

Hello,

Thanks for your work.

I want to know why you don’t make a single lib with all emulator for Higan and Mednafen ? I think it will be easier to maintain and less repo.

For example, MGBA you can load game GB, GBC and GBA with the same lib.

We constantly get complaints from people about our existing all-in-one cores not allowing per-system configuration. If anything, we would split more cores up rather than combining them.

ok. i understand.

Maybe, add some option to mask some core with this emulator.

I think also it will be cool to add the function favorite if we have multiple core for NES or SNES for example and you want to use this one in most of the case.
