Hot keys on controller without hotkey on keyboard

Hi there!

I’m new, couldn’t find the answer when I searched for it so here goes:

Can I have a combination hotkey (Like having to hold L3 click and then selecting the other key for retroarch shortcut) set for controller use only and have the keyboard as single buttons without having to hold 2 keys?

Not currently, no. One of the things that prevents it is that RetroArch doesn’t really know the difference between the two (for the most part).
