So i loaded the game with mupen63plus next, changed the driver to vulcan, set the rdp and rsp to parallel, saved a new core overide and restarted mupen …crash
Tried the same and instead i restarted retro arch then loaded the game…" failed to load content" popped up. Now i can’t load anything with that core lol

I managed to reset my config back to a previous setting but for some reason i now have screen shake happening??
screen shake could indicate that the game is interlaced, and the shaking is a thing known as “bob” deinterlacing.
To jump in a second, I would recommend Mupen64Plus-Next with RDP Angrylion, CPU Core Dynarec, RSP Plugin ParaLLEI. There is no shaking but some balls are missing color until the camera is moved at break.

You really shouldn’t outright hide the “new topic” button by the way. It makes your website look broken. It would be much more clear if the button was there for all users but new users were given a notice upon clicking it that they aren’t allowed to make new topics for whatever reason.
same issue I have a retroarch question and cant post anything. I get it for spam reason but this is the first forum where you cant post a dang thing
Sadly you have to spam the forum with useless content in order to gain the priveledge of creating useful content. Seems backwards to me
The problem is, there is no better solution known currently that works with the software and options this forum has to offer. I agree to a certain point with you that the limitations here have some negative impact on the user for being a bit annoying in the beginning (arguably an important phase), and to actually encourage to do a little bit of spam.
But on the other hand, there are so many automated spam bots or trolls, its hard to argue against this. While it has some negative impact, its usefulness of filtering out ton of spam is probably worth it. Its a tradeoff. I mean if you look at the forum and the replies and posts, it works quiet well. So there is that. Just my opinion.
So am I supposed to ask my queston in this topic or create a new one after being stuck on this forum for 10 minutes? This is really user unfriendly… It’s really weird that I need to stumble on this information while looking for my information. I never make an account before I need to post something. I propose that the chatbot will tell you that in his first message when you make an account. I asked how I could make a topic to the discobot, but even he didn’t know this. It really should be told explicitly to the new users with discobot and not be hidden behind “new abilities”. At the very least, there could be a new user question topic for new users to use.

This is confusing for those who join a forum to ask a question and can’t make new posts yet to ask why they can’t make new posts.
This is simply the reality of how we can maintain a forum in the first place. The alternative is no forum at all, like pretty much every other downstream project has decided to go.
i really like the forum, especially the lack of spam and other bloat ! but maybe its a little confusing at first. i was thinking something is wrong with my brower/plugins when i was trying to make my fist topic. Otherway i was searching for a similar topic and used that for my questions, wich is basicly a good thing. I wonder if there is a way to make the requirements for forum usage just a little more visible in future?
