So am I supposed to ask my queston in this topic or create a new one after being stuck on this forum for 10 minutes? This is really user unfriendly… It’s really weird that I need to stumble on this information while looking for my information. I never make an account before I need to post something. I propose that the chatbot will tell you that in his first message when you make an account. I asked how I could make a topic to the discobot, but even he didn’t know this. It really should be told explicitly to the new users with discobot and not be hidden behind “new abilities”. At the very least, there could be a new user question topic for new users to use.

This is confusing for those who join a forum to ask a question and can’t make new posts yet to ask why they can’t make new posts.
This is simply the reality of how we can maintain a forum in the first place. The alternative is no forum at all, like pretty much every other downstream project has decided to go.

i really like the forum, especially the lack of spam and other bloat ! but maybe its a little confusing at first. i was thinking something is wrong with my brower/plugins when i was trying to make my fist topic. Otherway i was searching for a similar topic and used that for my questions, wich is basicly a good thing. I wonder if there is a way to make the requirements for forum usage just a little more visible in future?
