So I picked up my Nexus 5 and started working. First, I downloaded latest RetroArch.

I make my pre-cropped border working only by changing input overlay to that border. But, I’m a pervert, and I want make to work border+control overlay, but I dropped that idea, since I had my pad connected via OTG.
I tried downloading latest shaders from sources and copied /w overwriting to root partition of my Nexus. And you know what? Shaders won’t work. Noone. At all. CG shaders giving me black screen, loading GLSL presets making no response.
And now, the question: What I need to do, to make my RA look like at picture?

P.S. RA downloads for Windows not working. Downloading 100-300kb, then halting or starting from beginning (looping).
