Can I use retroarch on non-jailbroken idevices?and please tell me how?

You need a dev account ($100/yr from Apple) and then you can compile and sign your own package for “testing.” Even if you do that, though, any cores with dynarecs won’t work (pcsx-rearmed, mupen64, some others).

You need to go to emu4ios.net then download retro arch. When it starts installing change your time back to June 15 2012 and it will finish downloading. Wait about 2 mins and then it will work perfectly.
