How do i customized setting for indivial roms for wiimote?

Hi newb here,

Im trying to figure out how to have individual config for the ROM. For example in CPS2, for the ROM 1944 i want the game to run at a 270degree rotation with customized control for the wiimote, but if i run another ROM such as MvC i jsut want the normal configuration without changing all the control scheme. Can this be done?
