I saw in the update notes for 1.0.0.1 that support for iOS7 controllers was added, but I can’t find it anywhere in the settings and the cores are not picking up any of the input.
Any help on getting this working would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know for sure, but I would assume you have to manually bind the buttons via the in-game RGUI menu. At least, that’s how it works on OS X, so I would assume it’s similar for iOS.
If anyone knows differently, please chime in
You should go to Frontend Settings and in the Bluetooth Input Type choose BTStack. Then go to Global Core Config->Input. Here in Meta Keys/Player 1 settings you should bind any buttons you want. After all your controller will work.
I will give both a try. This controller does not connect via bluetooth though. The control input traverses the lightning connection.
Oh, I didn’t know this. Then just bind your buttons.
Alright well I’ve spent hours on this with no luck. If anyone comes across a solution please let me know
Bluetooth or not, MFi controllers would use the GameController.framework and BTStack should NOT be needed. It should use native BT as defined by https://developer.apple.com/library/ios … TP40013276
In fact, it’s abstracted so the app shouldn’t really care at all if it’s BT or not. With MFi, it doesn’t matter.
I believe meancoot got this working but I’m not sure if it’s in the latest cydia release.
