How do I move the position of the core video output? (Solved)

The aspect ratio is perfect. I’m only trying to move the position of the core video output up the vertical axis because my overlay isn’t centered with my monitor. I’ve seen this option before when I was adjusting a shader preset. Is this something that can only be done with shaders enabled?

Settings > Video > Custom aspect Y position.

I don’t seem to have the Custom aspect Y option under video. Could it be because I need to be running certain video drivers?

Edit: I had to turn off “Integer Scale” under “Scaling” to get it to appear. Thanks for the help
