How do I toggle Fullscreen with Keyboard in Windows?

I’ve forgotten how to toggle fullscreen.

I used to do it all the time by pressing some combination like Alt+Enter.

When I click the menu Window → Toggle Exclusive Full Screen, RetroArch freezes.
