Helo! I would like to know, how do I migrate my custom settings to the latest version of RetroArch? I can transfer my preset shaders and playlists, but I don’t know how to migrate my aspact ratio settings that I adjust by directory, or core settings.
It depends on the platform/OS you’re using. Assuming Windows 10(?), make a backup of your installation directory just in case something goes wrong, download the new version and then install the new one over the top, merging/overwriting any conflicts.
The new version doesn’t include any config files of its own, so it won’t overwrite any of your custom stuff.
